Here’s a great abs exercise with Resistance Bands. This is a twisting Crunch using bands.

1. We want to anchor the resistance band nice and low.
2. Wrap the resistance band around through itself, or you can use an Undersun anchor.
3. We’re going to lay down our head facing our anchor point and grab the resistance band.
4. Depending on where you grab the band you’re going to have less resistance. If I want to make it more challenging, I can reach closer towards my anchor point.
5. We’re going to crunch up to one side down and crunch to the other side.

And that is your twisting abdominal crunch.
